HOA Meetings
The HOA board recently completed efforts working with an attorney to revise the current homeowner association covenants and restrictions declaration for Pine Bluff Overlook. This documentation outlines the requirements for our neighborhood and homeowner lots, and also identifies the restrictions for what is permissible. The reasons for updating this documentation were to:

Address the expiration of our current covenants & restrictions in 2023
Incorporate restrictions on home rental limits
Simple Majority
Reduce the homeowner majority approval percentage from 75% to simple majority
